Place An Order

Once you have selected the item that you would like to purchase, you may add it to your shopping cart. Whenever you are ready to purchase, simply click “Checkout,” and you will be directed to the shipping address page. Once you enter your shipping address, you will be able to see the shipping costs for your address. You can also create an account that will save your information for future purchases. Review your information and your total before placing your order. Once your order is placed, you will get a page with the confirmation number on it, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided.

Order Status Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package ships out. You can go to the confirmation email and click “track my order.” You may also login to your revigorator MyAccount to view the order status.


Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 2-3 business days to process before it ships out.

Depending on the total number of products that you purchased and the location to which the product will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available to you. Shipping costs vary depending on the number of products purchased. You will receive a quote once you input the shipping address before you check out.

Note: Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays. Depending on the country of purchase, customs fees may apply. Due to Covid-19, your order may be subjected to shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package ships out. You can go to the confirmation email and click “track my order.”

Changes of Delivery Address

Unfortunately, once the package is shipped out, we cannot make any changes to your order. You may contact the courier (UPS, USPS, etc.) to request a change of your delivery address.

U.S Return and Refund Policy

Unopened products purchased on may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.

All returns covered under our thirty (30) day return policy are subject to the following: reserves the right to charge up to 15% handling and restocking fee for returned products, which will be deducted from the total refund amounts.

Canceling / Changing Order

To Return A Product

Please follow the instructions below to make a return.

  • Email or call us at 1 949-750-2211 to request a return.
  • Pack item(s) to return securely into the original package or in a box or bag of your choice.
  • Include your original invoice/packing slip included in your package, or your confirmation email so we can identify your order.
  • Attach the label properly on the package. Ship to our return address through a courier of your choice.
  • After we receive the returned product(s), you will be refunded (usually within 15 business days) and sent a confirmation email.

Customers will be responsible for tracking the return packages; we recommend you keep a record of your return receipt with the tracking number to ensure your package is delivered back to our warehouse. For your package security, we recommend you ship with major couriers for your returns.

Return Shipping

When returning a product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please get in touch with our customer service department at, or call us at 1 949-750-2211 for further assistance.

Damaged or Defective Product

The customer is responsible to report any missing, damaged product(s) to within 72 hours of delivery of the product(s). Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of revigorator liability. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department immediately or call us at 1 949-750-2211.


Once we receive the return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the order. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 5-15 business days. We will email you at the email in which your order was placed, notifying you when we process your refund. Please note that shipping costs incurred when ordering the products are non-refundable.

Please email and include as much information as possible, such as your order number and order date, if appropriate, when contacting customer support. Our dedicated team will do their best to answer your questions or resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
